Great location and friendly/helpful staff
Great room. Spacious. Had more than I needed.
When checking in, please avoid parking in the fire lanes, if you have trouble finding parking, call or ask a front desk member (by ringing the bell) for guidance! Despite some confusion on where to park and check in on Google maps, the manager was very accommodating. Central location in the village. Clean and comfortable. Average amenities. Would happily stay again.

The hotel is nice and very well located, the staff is friendly and they even have a ski rental shop on a side, and a nice small hot tub and pool, so everything is very convenient. The only 2 things we did not like were 1) The check in process: We arrived 8:00 am and the reception desk was totally free but instead of taking our registration info and gave us the key later (at 16:00 which is the Check In time) they just received the luggage with a tag. The very eary check out10am it was 9:57am and they were calling to tell us to check out. The staff or should i say the lady working front deask not very friendly on check in. She did not even explain to us where parking lot was, did nit explain how to get to room or to the pool/ hot tub even after we asked what time the facility was open until. Usually the front desk person just offers this information. Boyfriend and I both said we would never stay at this hotel ever again.
Dirty floor, dirty kitchenwares, glasses, knives etc left in washing machine at check in and not sure if they were cleaned. Utensils in cabinets have mark/ stains/ food residuals. Room service only every 4 days and the room was not fully stocked.
