It was too noisy during the night because we are facing busy street. Long walk to the gondola. Some of the staff were not friendly. Ot would have been nice to have charger for electric cars.

Perfect location…steps away from many restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and Starbucks. Short walk to Gondola and lifts. Our room was clean, well-stocked and ready on time. Hotel was very accommodating to keep our bags in a locked room during our last day of skiing.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Whistler. Location of property is ideal, 3 minute walk to Whistler Gondola, 1/2 minute walk to transfer shuttles to airports and right in the center of village for entertainment and restaurants. Dollar for dollar best deal on the mountain. Friendly staff and helpful with all my families needs. Hotel owner, Benny, knows what his guests want and he sure does deliver. They do not offer storage of any baggage on the last day.

The location is good and bad. Very central but very noisy at night even with earplugs. Was woken up at 1am with yahooing drunk people which as per staff is common and "not much they can do". Maybe new windows is something they could do?

Housekeeping was very poor. Dirty floors, crumbs and hairs in bed and there were someone's leftover food and drinks in the refrigerator.
