Property manager is very unprofessional and confrontational. Left a night early because I didn't feel welcomed. Will happily bring business elsewhere next time.
Staff was impolite. Swearing in the lobby at guests.
I will never stay in this property again. We arrived and the sole front desk person opted to take several phone calls instead in the middle of our check-in. The room was freezing cold when we arrived as the heat wasn't turned on. We turned the heater on and it got warmer but never reached room temperature. In the morning I was unable to take a shower because there wasn't any hot water. When we tried calling the front desk about our issues, they didn't answer.
