The staff were unwilling to work together for solutions, They choose policy over people. Check out was 10 and they called at 1002 to make sure we left. The printed out signs everywhere with rules were ugly and off putting. The room itself was fine, it was the experiance that lacked.

I never had a bad experience in Whistler before until i stayed in Blackcomb the service was terrible and front desk ppl were extremely rude and with bad attitude especially a girl named Moshgan i will never book that hotel again
Great location but that's about it. This property needs some upgrading, specially in the rooms. Almost everything in the room is outdated and my room looked like it was under repairs, however the repairs were not completed, specially in the bathroom. I think that the hotel rooms should be in better shape considering the room price. Furthermore, there is no room to put your board/ski's, seems like everyone just puts it against the wall.
