Must be under new cheap management doors to lobby are always locked which means if you are trying to check in you need to cheat front desk. Keys stopped working middle of the night so one family member was stuck in the stairwell in minus weather, pool water temperature was 19- 20 degrees c according to my Garmin watch. The hotel loves to emphasise that guests are not welcome to visit you when you are staying here. On the day I checked out I asked if I could leave my suitcase at reception for a few hours. Very poor. Doors were locked when we arrived. Facilities dirty, and run down. No hot water. Broken furniture. What staff there were uncaring & unsupportive. Worst hotel in Whistler, no question.
Nasty place to stay The room was dusty. The bathtub had hair from people that used the room before. The light in the main entrance of our room was burnt out. Even in the lobby all the garbages were overflowing and the carpets looked so dirty
