Steve Blake made what could be a very intense process run so smoothly for me. He has a very calm demeanor when speaking with you and is very personable. He has a great personality on top of being EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the lending process. His years in the business really shows in the most positive way. If you're lucky enough to have him as "you're guy", you are indeed lucky.

Steve was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions. His response to my questions and concerns were done in a timely manner. He went right to work on getting my loan approved. He made sure my mind was at ease throughout the loan process. He kept in contact, keeping me abreast of everything going on through email, text and phone calls.

I HIGHLY recommend Steve Blake. He works very hard for you and makes sure you are comfortable through the whole process, He is really good at his job. He keeps you informed every step of the way. Steve Blake was a great lender to work with. He was very knowledgeable and did not mind answering any questions. What I liked most is that he was available any time I had a question or concern; I would definitely recommend Steve and Prime Lending to all my family and friends.
