Slimline, only details that I needed, and was very responsive to any questions I had over phone and email. The rate I was given was slightly lower than the current average and he explored all other options I tried to supply as air as loan type and explaining any advantages or disadvantages in different ways of setting up the loan
Blake went above and beyond to make sure my loan closed quickly and on time. He answered questions anytime of day and was always available. He worked all night the day before the loan was close to fix mistakes on the builders part of the process!
No matter what obstacles we came across, he got us through them all. He was always available through email communication and got back with us quickly. He always answered our questions promptly even though most required very elaborate answers. He was very professional and went the extra distance for us. If we are ever in need of such services again, he is our guy.
