Judy Martin was very knowledgeable and pleasant when she helped us select the carpeting. We told her our criteria. She showed us appropriate samples. The installers came on February 3. with 3 inches of ice on our sidewalk and driveway. They simply cut strips of our old carpet. We purchased carpeting from Blakley's for our Greatroom.

Everyone from the person who measured our floors to the installers were very professional. They arrived on time and the installers completed the project a day early. They gave me samples to bring home, then sent someone out to measure. The crew came out to do the work and did not leave a single mark on the walls. They installed new carpeting.

Julie VanWinkle was superb in providing multiple options for us from which to choose for our wood and carpet. She also aggressively helped us on pricing and fixed any problems that arose in a timely manner. They designed the layout and coordinated the installation of the entire replacement of the carpet and wood floors in our home renovation.

The project went very well. The team showed up on time, were very courteous and did a great job. They moved the furniture for us and there were no problems with this. We had just had the walls painted and I was very worried about damage, but there was none. And obviously the measuring for the job was expert, as there was only a small square of carpet left over. Ripped up carpet and installed new on stairway, hallway and 4 bedrooms.
