They were very good and gave us a good deal. We were happy with them. They were very responsive to our phone request and got right back to us. We installed the carpet two and half years ago and we had to wait for nine months to refinish the basement and then we had them come back and finish the installation. They were great and worked with us on the schedule. They cut the carpet to size; they stored it and gave us a fixed price. Ran into an unanticipated Asbestos problem (old, removed flooring) that entailed hiring a separate firm to remove the old flooring. Company recommended by Blakley's did a wonderful job and Blakley's was flexible in modifying the job and dates to accommodate these unanticipated steps. Project turned out well. Will use Blakley's for any future flooring needs. We replacedthe flooring in entry, hall, small bathroom and kitchen, including an eat-in area. Vinyl in Kitchen and Tile in all other areas. They came in, moved furniture, installed the floors and trimmed. They cleaned up and put the furniture back. It was an excellent job. I thought their pricing was competitive; however they were not the cheapest. I will use the company again in the future. I used Blakely's to install bamboo flooring in three rooms in our house.

One of the things I really liked about them is that they have sub-contractors that do the installation of the flooring, carpeting, tile, or laminate. The installers that they have are very nice and very meticulous. They guys that did the carpet installation were great and so were the guys that did the laminate. I used good quality carpet and laminate, so it was no inexpensive. I used Blakley’s about two years ago for carpeting in the family room and laminate in the kitchen.

Blakley's Corporation was very nice and had extra carpet left over that I had binded together when the job was done. They were very efficient and worked well. Blakley's Corporation installed carpetting on the stairs and in the hallway.
