Everyone that worked on our loan from first contact with the company to closing was a positive experience. Very quickly we were assigned to Loan Processor Julie A*******. She was Wonderful to work with! We came to see that she was highly skilled at her job,cared about us and worked long hours for her clients. It was amazing how quickly she answered every inquiry or request for help with something we made. In her expert hands our personal information was safe, and she she concluded our loan without issues.

We have refinanced twice with Bluebrick. We have been treated with courtesy and our applications were handled expeditiously and professionally. We really liked the docusign feature with the documents. Our only concern, with both refinancings, was that the interest advertised when we made application was not the interest rate when the loan closed. It was higher in both cases. Bluebrick needs to make this clear in their advertising and at the time of application, that the interest rate may change before the loan is closed and ... read more

Blue Brick is great! When I received their mailer for a no closing cost refinancing, I was a little skeptical. But it all worked out great! It did take a little time but I'm happy with my experience. Rebecca was also very pleasant to work with. She always responded very quickly to my emails. Highly recommended!

Any question I had she answered it promptly, she was always easy to get in touch with and answered any questions I had, if she did not have the answer she found it out and got back with me.
