We worked with Julie A******* at Blue Brick. We actually started a refinance with another company, but didn't like the service they were providing. When I got a mailer from Blue Brick, I called them. They were professional from the start, carried through on their promises, and treated us as though they really appreciated our business.

Blue Brick financial delivered on everything they said they would, in an incredibly timely manner. I requested info on a refinance and when I finished discussing my situation with Paul he had a better suggestion. The next thing I knew I was contacted by Misty and things took off from there. Misty had incredible patience and answered ALL my questions. She kept me informed every step of the way, including an email the moment the loan was funded!! What a wonderful experience! I was skeptical at first, a free re-fi? Really? Wells Fargo wanted close to $4k but Blue Brick Financial is the real deal!! They were professional, responsive and most important, honest . This was the easiest and most seamless re-fi I have ever done and it was FREE!!! I still can't believe it. A HUGE thank you to Rebecca Arellano, she is an incredible asset to this company. A+++ rating!!
