This took 2 months to accomplish, but I believe it will be worth it in the long run. As everybody in Colorado is trying to refinance before the rates go up, I know how difficult it was to get all the paperwork through the process. Overall, the folks I worked with at BBF were very professional and always answered my questions. Callbacks usually took less than 24 hours. Melisa D****, my loan officer, was knowledgeable and very experienced. I would recommend BBF to others who want to refinance their loan at a great rate.

I responded to a letter sent by Dan R*********, owner/broker of Blue Brick Financial. I wanted to know how they were to provide me with a "no cost" refi on my current home. Once my questions were answered to my satisfaction, I started the process, helped initially by Bryce K*****. Bryce guided me through the initial steps and processed the paperwork required to get my refinance started.
