Overall I had good experience with my second refinance with Blue Brick Financial. Sr. Loan Processor Melisa D**** is outstanding! She is very professional, smart, responds to emails and phone calls in timely manner. She cleared all obstacles to close the loan on time. We had to sign closing documents on weekend & she answered my phone calls after 9 PM, that's excellent customer service! Ask for Melisa D****, she’s the best!!!
