We worked with Julie A*******. She was friendly, responsive and easy to work with. Everything went well. We had one problem in that it took a very long time to get through the process, which potentially could have caused us to have a higher interest rate. However, this delay was caused on Blue Birds end and they then honored their original rate. In other words, they stood by their word.
