I refinanced my mortgage with Blue Brick in June. Overall I think things went well. Julie Anderson is the representative I worked with to process everything. She let me know quickly when she needed more documents or information. I started the process April 13th and finished on June 30th. Getting a mortgage refinanced is a long process, and it requires patience. They were true to their marketing that there aren't any closing costs you will be responsible for at the end.

Linda I*** was great at helping in completing my refi request. She answered every call I made within a very short time when she was unable to answer her phone. Exceptional customer service. She was the only one that followed up on my request after I agreed to complete an application.

Fantastic experience with Blue Brick Financial. Their rates on their no-cost mortgage loan were the best around. My loan processor, Mary Branco, was with me every step of the way. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had and was very knowledgeable in her field. Without question Blue Brick will be my first call the next time I need a mortgage loan!
