I just happened to actually open a piece of junk mail and had a refinance offer claiming virtually no closing costs. Since I'd just barely refinanced my house I was not interested in closing costs wrapped back into the loan AT ALL! Out of curiosity I gave Blue Brick Financial a call and after talking to them and seeing how the process worked I decided to give them a try because they could get me a much better rate and eliminate my mortgage insurance.
