I was inquiring about their services and felt they were asking for personal information they did not need, and I was pressured into scheduling an appointment to have my property surveyed to install a pool. When I tried to call to cancel them from coming to my house, they kept putting me on hold for long periods of time and never answering. I still have not been able get them to cancel my appointment and they are wanting to charge me $75.00 if they come out to my house.
No star if it's possible ,the customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with ,everyone has attitudes ,the interest is super high ,they don't provide a copy of your payments or a statement and if you ask for one they give you the run around ,leave you on hold for 30+ min they don't report to any credit bureau so basically you have a high dollar investment that's help your credit if that matters to you .the warranty don't exist they charge you up to 400 or more just to have someone come out and do maintenance,the staff is ... read more
When they sold us the pool they said our liner had a full warranty on it. So 1 year later I. Replacing my pool liner cause they didn't put clean sand down so the rocks put wholes in it. They finance ppl are very rude and they wonder why we get rude back. They do not send monthly statements out. Weve had nothing but problems from day 1. The interest rate is ridiculous on top of that. The liner had ti be replaced, pipes under pool, the cover has been replaced 3x. All under 2 years of having pool. All due to faulty *********************** Calling in I seem to always get a Dakota, take to you as though she is a mother about to strike a child. Says she has no manager refuses to answer any questions or get you the correct person. I would not recommend this product or company.
I had to rate a star but NO STAR should ever be given. This company should be shut down. No one should ever buy a pool from this company. They will over charge, delay setup and should be listed as scammers.
NO STARS!!! Please do not deal with this company unless you are SURE you will never be late in the history of your contract with them. It is literal communication with Satans workshop workers. I got scammed by blue world pools they are calling my relatives now saying I wrote them a fraudulent check which is a straight out lie... they make ach payments out of my bank. I can back this up! They threaten my property saying lien because my bank sent a payment back .... they claim a notarized paper that they dont even require and identification to see if the person signing is even who they say they are which is illegal in any notarized document signing. My husband and I purchased our pool in June of 2017. We had decided on the Econoline pool. A few days after signing the paperwork we get a call from them stating that we qualified to upgrade our pool at no extra charge and that it would take 8 years to pay off. That was great, we were excited. We never really had any issues with our pool. The pump did have to be replaced but they did that at no charge.
