INSTALLERS WERE FANTASTIC..TOOK TO LONG TO GET POOL INSTALLED. WERE VERY HAPPY AND SATIFIED WITH THE INSTALLERS
The entire process from the first phone call until the pool was installed was excellent. The install happened 7 weeks from purchase and the installers were knowledgeable and super friendly. There was also a problem with the pool we ordered and it was upgraded to a larger pool at no additional cost.

Blueworld Pools has been very helpful to me and they are very awesome people they explain things to were I can understand it now it may of took time to get up not installers fault it was the weather and I would recommend them

We bought a pool from Blue World Pools and we had a great experience. They were very communicative and the installers were very knowledgeable and friendly . The installation. Was challenging but they had no issues completing it. The pool looks great!
I called into Blue World Pools about my ionizer going bad and the rep was very helpful and polite and explained that they are good for a swimming season. I also told him that my pump was making a funny noise he asked if I was by my pump to trouble shoot at the time I was working. Very helpful when ever I need to call in. My overall experience was very pleasurable.
Blue world pool customer service was on point. I ended up getting an upgrade on my pool, for less than i was original quoted installers were professional and polite. I would recommend Blue World Pool to anyone.
