The carers have always been very good with Mum who is 90 and has mixed dementia and is also unable to walk or stand for long ! It has enabled me to walk the dog every morning and have an afternoon break which as a full time carer is badly needed! I couldn't cope without them !

I had requested a short-term care package (personal care) whilst on a break in the area. My family and I were very pleased with Bluebird Care Central Bedfordshire. Lovely friendly women who were on time, obviously well trained and keen to ensure I was happy with their care. I felt safe with them and this was an enhancement to my break. Wonderful, efficient and caring Carers and Staff at Bluebird Care. Husband needed to be looked after for a week while I had time away from looking after him. They cared for him very well and he liked having them around to chat with as well as help him with his medication and meals. I will definitely be using Bluebird again when needed. Bluebird carers and all office staff are always polite, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. If you have a problem or query it will get addressed in a timely and efficient manner and any outcomes are relayed to myself at their earliest convenience.

I have used this company for ten years which speaks for itself. As a vulnerable, elderly person with no relations to give support, I rely on them as surrogate family. It has become my lifeline to remaining independent. Not only do they supply personal & domestic care but because I do not have a computer or any other technology, the carers are always willing to source information or check concerns I may have.
