Generally a good level of service. The carers vary in experience and can vary in actions carried out. I don’t have a lot for them to do, but the majority carry out the tasks that I need help with. If I ask for help in other areas, the majority will do it for me.
I had to stay with my mum for 3-weeks during the Covid-19 lockdown because she'd had a fall and the paramedics did not want to take her to the hospital due to the coronavirus prevalent in the hospital. My mum had bruises, chest infection and a UTI. This then put me in the unusual position of seeing the care given to my mum by Bluebird. Bluebird Care is extremely efficient in delivering personal care to my father. They are very patient with him and sympathetic to his requirements. They all say how much they enjoy visiting him. They are very quick to respond to any queries we have had.
