My carer is a good listener and I very much look forward to her visits.
Having been in the nursing profession (my father was also a GP) and loved the people I worked with, this (except for my stays in hospital) is exactly why I have reported this back. Your nurse helpers were kind, caring, pleasant and so different to when I needed care 10 years ago, which was inadequate and jobsworth and I was not asked my opinion. We have found all the team at Bluebird Care, very helpful, understanding and sympathetic. They are very flexible, caring and genuinely want to please. The whole team are very professional and whoever you e-mail always responds with 24 hours, and often the same day. We have been using Bluebird Care for 3 months and would highly recommend them.

I have had carers for the past 13 years after an accident impaired my mobility. I moved from Kent in 2012 and was recommended Bluebird. I found them supportive and compassionate encouraging me to make the most of my mobility. This has, if anything, become even more "user-friendly" since their re-organisation.
