I am more than satisfied with my care and wish I had done it before. It is so lovely for someone to help me with what is usually so difficult. Also, the carer is so kind and thoughtful, making me a nice cup of tea while I recover. I thought I would find it all embarrassing, but no she is so professional.

The care staff were always willing to do anything they were asked to do. They were prompt good humoured and worked with both of us. Usually some household tasks like ironing followed by the exercises given by the physio. Also, post-stroke paper and pencil exercises.
A very smooth organisation and administration. The carer is punctual, friendly and very competent and obviously has a genuine interest in her 'patient'. Often performs extra tasks such as bringing in/putting out bins etc. Impressive overall so far.
This team is everything you could hope for when one of your family members needs care. From the moment I contacted them almost 8 months ago, they have been not only professional, effective, organised and reliable; but they have been compassionate, generous, supportive, helpful and warm. Bluebird is extremely good. My parents need care four times a day. The carers are always on time, friendly, helpful and do all that is asked of them. My parents have built up friendships with some of the carers as they look forward to them coming into help with all their daily needs. We could not manage without them.
We had experience of a previous care agency but went with Bluebird because they did shorter visiting times. Because of our experience with another supplier, I know that Bluebird fell short in a number of areas (the other provider was far superior and also cheaper).
