The staff are all very kind and friendly. Bluebird Care has understood and accommodated our needs. We are very happy with their service to date and are grateful to have their service in place. They are flexible in how they help and will turn their hand to either cleaning or caring and they will adapt accordingly.

Our experience with Bluebird Care has been absolutely fantastic. One member of staff, in particular, was so kind and helpful when we were first trying to set up a care package for my dad and has continued to check in with us during our first week. Our four carers are all absolutely lovely - I work in healthcare myself and they are definitely a cut above the norm and the whole service has felt absolute value for money. Could not recommend Bluebird more highly if you are looking for care at home.

Called several home care agencies in the hope of getting urgent and ongoing home support for my mother-in-law after a fall leaving her on the floor for many hours. Bluebird Care responded and although phoning at 11 am on Friday, at 1 pm a member of staff was at Mother-in-law's home to undertake an assessment of needs. She was professional and courteous, obviously skilled in her questions in order to get the most information to provide a comprehensive care/needs plan. The team at Bluebird Care looked after my parents over a 5 year period. At all times, they were extremely professional, efficient and caring. They worked with us and showed complete flexibility as when required and always provided carers that matched not only our parents needs but also their personalities. My father-in-law was taken ill suddenly and Bluebird Care took over looking after him and my mother-in-law when NHS homecare ended. The Bluebird managers were outstanding in their effort and patience in helping my parents-in-law, the daily carers were pleasant and attentive and all Bluebirds reliably dealt with any issues as they arose. We were very happy with the service provided.
