I have used Bluebird for 5 months as my wife is slowly recovering from multiple strokes. The carers are very warm and friendly, and I particularly like the way they talk to my wife as they are going about their work. I would recommend Bluebird without hesitation.

Bluebird intervened with a suspected medical problem which was affecting Mums quality of life and rapport with others. As a result Mum is a lot better. We were consulted as the process was followed and the GP and Bluebird did all they could to foster good communication.

We have used Bluebird for the last 3 months, initially three times a day and now twice. There is a consistent group of Carers visiting who spend time getting to know my Mother, preparing really good meals, light household duties, personal care, medication prompts and above all enabling a successful transition from hospital via respite care, back home. Bluebird have been very easy to deal with from the start when we first made contact. Clear on all items and extremely professional while also being caring and friendly. I have relied on Bluebird to care for my two elderly parents for three years now. They are extremely professional when scheduling visits and are always happy to change up the routine to fit around our busy lives. We have settled on several carers who visit on a regular basis. They have built up fantastic relationships with my parents and can't do enough to help them. We couldn't recommend them more. Thank you Bluebird!
