Bluebird Care undertook my care at home following a knee operation and respite care I am pleased I chose them to do so. I have been very pleased with the carers sent to shower and dress me in the mornings and get me safely downstairs. They care for my needs and put me to bed in the evenings. Despite recent difficulties because of absences due to illness and injury to a few of my carers the management has been able to provide the same good care. I feel safe in their hands.

Bluebird (Highgate & Haringey) have been very helpful and accommodating to our needs in looking after my mother with Alzheimer's over the past few months. The staff communicate really well and the carers have been great. We will continue to use their services and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Thank you so much to the lovely carers who looked after our mum during the early part of the pandemic. We were so grateful for the care our mum received to help her function living alone and indeed helped extend her independence before her move to a care home 18 months later. Bluebird Care Highgate and Haringey have provided a wonderful service over the last three months for both my parents. Bluebird has provided exceptional care to my mother who is living with Dementia over the last year. The carers are kind and thoughtful and provide companionship as well as care. The office is efficient and well organised and has always been quick to respond to any changes or comments I have made. We have been using Bluebird Care since July 2020. We were given a list of agencies last year to select an agency of our choice, after checking the list and doing research, we found that Bluebird Care best suited our needs and arranged a visit. We had excellent support over the Christmas days. The staff who came in the morning to help my mother get up were here on time and were very professional, working with my mother and respecting her routines. They were friendly and kind to my mother. Bluebird Care have been absolutely amazing. I am a carer myself and have been so impressed, grateful and thankful for the wonderful care they have given my parents. They have been so flexible as we have all been adapting over the last 6 months to my parent's health decline and the carers have always been so kind and professional. Bluebird agency (since under new management - perhaps 6-12 months ago - not sure) is excellent. We have three superb carers - who simply can't be faulted. Everyone in the office is very friendly and effective - returning calls, dealing with matters promptly.
