Usually, very punctual, odd occasions they get held up by traffic. Always polite, helpful and friendly. Willing to do what is asked of them. Always respectful and cheerful.
Another really satisfied year of care from Bluebird. Our carer is exceptional and we value her visits and attention. Also, I was able to have a week's holiday confident I was leaving my husband with appropriate care. A very satisfied customer.

Bluebird Care began in February 2022, replacing carers allocated by the council. Punctuality is excellent and all Dad's regular carers provide a very good level of care. In recent months I have finally been able to enjoy a few short breaks away with my partner. All has been well during these breaks and the openpass App is extremely useful in keeping up to date.
