Bluebird Care has been helping with Mum's care for a number of years now. The quality and level of care and professionalism is very high but even more importantly is that the carers and office staff are always very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I found the supervisors/organisers of the service my uncle received very good. I was informed quickly of any issues/concerns with my uncle (who is very frail and has dementia). Staff were kind and caring.

We use Bluebell Care for the befriending support to support Mum. The service has been excellent. The carer was very professional and sympathetic to what we needed. Her personable and sensitive manner put Mum at ease and the match to the carer was excellent. We would highly recommend!
