I have found the carers I have had to be caring, helpful and nothing is too much trouble and they are willing to undertake any task. I have always been treated with dignity and my privacy respected. Their arrival has always been within the time conditions, other clients taken into consideration.

Bluebird Care has been visiting Mum for the past month. The staff have been really great and have established a positive relationship with her. This is amazing especially as Mum was adamant that she didn't want carers at all. I am going away for a couple of months and feel confident that I am leaving Mum in great hands.

My elderly mother has thrived under the care and support provided by Bluebird Care Lewisham & Southwark carers following discharge from hospital. Every carer has been polite, amenable and caring, reporting back any concerns. They have helped her to transgress from needing care to monitoring and prompting as required as part of her rehabilitation post-surgery.
