Bluebird Care has supported by mother in living almost independently at home. The carers have been sensitive and flexible, according to Mum's wishes and responding to her needs. We have felt listened to and understood as a family. and everyone we have dealt with has been wise, experienced and good-humoured. Mum's transition at age 96, from total independence to accepting some assistance, could not have been managed better. Her carers were well matched and she developed trusting relationships.

We have been using Bluebird Care for more than three years to support our 100-year-old father in his home. Throughout this time, the care has been fantastic - Dad's needs are always met and care has been adjusted, as necessary, over this time. I found the supervisors/organisers of the service my uncle received very good. I was informed quickly of any issues/concerns with my uncle (who is very frail and has dementia). Staff were kind and caring.
