Carers always very friendly and helpful and show compassion, staff at bluebird always on hand with any issues and is always dealt wth quickly , and I am able to get a short break from my caring role to recharge which is essential overall very pleased .

He staff that we have had over the past 3 years have been a god send nothing has been to much for them . They are and have been polite and supportive with both my mother inlaw and father inlaw and all of my family, we now look on them as part of a greater family group. When my mother inlaw passed away in February they were there for everything above and beyond care I can't thank them enough and now they are cotining the care with my father inlaw. My soms carers from bluebird are absolutely wonderful They care for him so well They look after all his needs so I don't have to worry he loves all of them now takes him a few days to get used to new people They all interact with him so well

After my father received neglect and abuse from a previous contracted care provider Rachel and Shannon came to our rescue with the help of our MP .my father is a very complex case managing dementia,cancer and kidney disease. Has to have controlled feeding.the amount of dedication staff at Bluebird have shown to making this package work has been nothing short of a miracle. I am so happy with tracy and the team of girls at bluebird. To hey have supported me so much and been like a little family to me. They are all amazing people and such a special unit and every one of them has an amazing personality . I am so lucky and grateful to be part of something so special. Thank you all . To everyone in the office whos answered phone to me and been so patient and kind with me.

Had bluebird care for my mum who was unable to come out of hospital without a care package in place. Rachel the supervisor went and meet mum in hospital and got everything put in place quickly. Carers were friendly and couldn't do even for mum. They would always go above and beyond. Mum would look forward to the ladies coming. Having the carers there make this easy for me as I known she was well looked after.

From the service I was provided I was happy and grateful, I started receiving support in April of 2025. At the time I was in a bad state and they perked me up and helped me achieve my goals. They stayed consistent on the help even though I didn't want support but helped me get a care package change and I was grateful for everything. The deputy manager Racheal kept ringing to check in on my wellbeing and I appreciate that. Thankyou for the help bluebird care

Bluebird care lincoln team have supported with my grandpa for the last year since coming out of hospital, really helped to support the rest of the family, while allowing him to remain in his own home. Always helpful when extra requests are needed.

Every one of your wonderful staff were so kind and caring I couldn't have managed without them after a total reverse shoulder replacement. Even though I must have had about 10 different carers they were all excellent. Thankyou so much
