RecommendedI’ve worked at bluebird Lincoln for nearly a year now I love my job the customers are lovely and the office staff are all so lovely nothing ever to much trouble. I know there was issues in the past but thankfully we have new management and all is good now. I can’t image working any where else. And big shout out to the supervisor

RecommendedI’ve worked for Bluebird for 16 months now and I can honestly say they’re a fantastic company to work for They’re very understanding if we have personal problems and are very accommodating if we need to swap our regular day off in the week The wages are always paid on time, sometimes they’re in our banks 2 or 3 days early My Manager, Mentor, and all the support workers are great! It’s an absolute pleasure to work for BB!

RecommendedI have worked as a Complex Care Nurse for Bluebird care for nearly 2 years now. From my first day till now I am still amazed by the dedication, devotion and caring attitude of the staff. The carers that work for us are working to a Gold Standard level of care and are constantly supported by the team. I would recommend Bluebird to anyone and as a nurse I have experienced varying levels of care throughout my career, and Bluebird has exceeded all my expectations and is definitely to by a long way
