RecommendedI have been with Bluebird care 4 year now. I was new to care and was very nervous. The week of training followed by the week of shadowing made me feel secure. Definitely the best training. The standard of care is very high. I am proud to work with colleagues who go the extra mile to keep the customers safe and happy in their own homes. RecommendedBluebird care its helping me to manage to live at home . My carers come in 38 hours a week to help me with all daily tasks. They started to work for me 17 days ago but it feels like they been looking after me for years the carers are so lovely. Also do everything possible to make me happy. RecommendedI worked for Blueburd care Lincoln / Skegness area fir 3 years I thought the training was excellent they have an excellent team who are willing to mentor you and assist in anyway possible the management and office team are second to non they are helpful and there if you need them , I absolutely would recommend blue bird care as the leading provider of care in this area I miss you all Nicky xx
