When we reached the point of needing carer's I was anxious about letting strangers into my home. However, the practical care is second to none and the compasion, care and regard for dignity shown, quickly made me completely comfortable. Bluebird carer's are vigilant and quickly raise apprpriate concern in relation to my father in law's health.

All carers are polite helpful and see to my husband's needs they talk to him and help him in morning if in pain. My husband likes to hold hands and the carers make him feel safe. The carers always ask me if I need any more help or if they can make me a drink. They remake his bed and leave all things tidy.

I have been very pleased with the support given by bluebird care. It is a difficult time for anyone who has led an independent life and never needed to be helped with everyday tasks. My Dad has always been absolutely independent and bluebird carers have always shown him respect when they visit. It is an impossible task to meet all planned visits timely, how ever there had always been a friendly support team to help.

The agency are very good, always provide a carer even at difficult times, and are ready to sort out any problems, and try to keep to a good timetable. The staff are very caring. It is good being able to know the carers that come.

All the carers I've encountered have been very pleasant, professional, thorough and excellent representatives of the company.
My care has provided me with the help and care I need to be able to stay at home. Not only practical help was provided but also a kind, friendly lady to talk to on everyday things. Thank you. I have no comment to make on the management side as little to office staff but the care side is definitely value for money.

I cannot praise my carer enough, he goes above and beyond what he should do and I can't give him enough praise.
Mum's care supervisor was very responsive. Telephone calls and emails were responded to very quickly and satisfactorily. If Mum didn't take to a carer, then another carer would be assigned. All of the carers were very kind and treated Mum gently. I had confidence that she was in safe hands and was well looked after.
The experience to date has been fine. I'm not entirely sure that the washing up of crockery/cutlery is the best, but equally, I am unsure if this is being done by the carer or my dad. Generally, I am happy to know that the carer is around for Dad.
