I have been bedbound since 2016 when a friend recommended Bluebird Care to me and I haven't regretted it for one moment. I have been privileged to have two "Major carers" in that time and they have been outstandingly good. The members of the team who have filled in during holidays or weekends have also been friendly and caring, so I would recommend Bluebird to others as it was to me. A pleasure to speak to all members of staff and any problems resolved immediately.

The staff are amazing and so good with my dad, always cheer him up. Sometimes the timing isn't great but I think that they just overrun. But overall good.

The two Bluebird carers who have cared for my father in the past four weeks have treated him with dignity, been polite and patient, and attended to his every need.
