We are very satisfied with the carer who visit my father. We appreciate the continuity of mostly having the same carers who have got to know him. We have the peace of mind of knowing someone will see him and report anything that may be amiss. It would be helpful, however, if we were able to access the system from our home. Good, cheerful company is very important to housebound folk.

Both my husband and I are very impressed with the standard of care we receive. The carers are cheerful, polite and treat us with consideration. Nothing is too much trouble and they always check with us that everything has been done.

Very happy with Bluebird services and based on the experience with my mother-in-law, I have recommended Bluebird to friends with relatives who are also getting to the stage in life when they are starting to need extra help.
I am very happy with the care provided for my mum. It gives me peace of mind when I am not there. The care workers all see lovely.
