We were very please with the overall service provided by blue bird. The carers were very attentive to my mother in law needs , nothing was too much trouble for them. Their timing was great to. The admin staff were very good got phone call s to make shaw we were happen and if there was any thing extra they can do for us. The over all experience with blue bird was flaulrless. Many Thank to all at Blue Blue.

From my initial contact I have been very impressed with the manager and the team. My mum was reluctant to accept help but after the carer taking her to a hospital appointment and shopping she loves it. Bluebird Care have given her independance to choose and everything was explained very well. A very professional, highly organised friendly flexible team. I cannot thank them enough.

I have been impressed by the character and professionalism of the 'Bluebirds' whose continuing cheerfulness and compassion is talked up by professionalism and sharp-eyed experience of eldercare. On an administrative level the Bluebird organisation is flexible and responsive. It is helpful when they can ramp up care provision to respond to personal circumstances of family/carers. Each one does seem to have a rather demanding case load which might be alleviated by bringing in extra staff.

We have used Bluebird for the last few months and have had the most excellent service from them. Their carers are kind, gentle empathetic people. Their sensitivity in the different, sometimes difficult situations has been treated with the utmost professionalism. I cannot fault them. Very knowledgeable in all areas. Always cheerful whether first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Can recommend to anyone with a loved one needing care.

From first contacting Bluebird to enquire about care to the first assessment, communication, visit schedule and care team, we have had an excellent experience. The Manager is responsive, friendly, accommodating and compassionate. The care team go above and beyond, and the care provided is of a very high standard. She is settled, content and happy (she has advanced dementia and sometimes has been anxious and unsettled). I can now be a daughter again. Thank you.

Professional, helpful, punctual and above all, the carer is kind. My husband, who has Parkinson's, has never talked so much and his spoken voice has greatly improved since having the Bluebird Care carer. I would highly recommend Bluebird.
