Bluebird Care has allowed our mother to remain in her own home and be supported with independent living. A tailored service to her needs and our requests. The carers are all professional, respectful, polite and caring. The portal with daily notes gives us reassurance on our mother's safety and happiness.

Our experience with Bluebird Care has always been excellent. The carers who come to our home are really first-class at looking after my wife and, importantly, are on time. Contact with the office is easy and queries are always resolved to our satisfaction.

Both ladies have been punctual and willing to do what I wanted, cooking, preparing the meal and very pleasant.

Overall we have been very happy with the care provided by Bluebird for my mother. The admin team were exceptionally adaptable and accommodating when it came to tailoring a plan to suit and all the carers have been conscientious, warm and caring.

Bluebird stepped in very quickly and efficiently after my mum had a bad fall and needed care. The carers are extremely friendly, helpful and take time to talk to mum on a human level, which is so important. They are also flexible and responsive to any changes we have requested and will always call with any concerns or suggestions.

Since losing my wife, I have used Bluebird Care for almost one year. I have found them very helpful and they have provided excellent care for me. The office staff are very responsive and always try their best to accommodate my needs and timings.
