I have received services from Bluebird Care for a considerable length of time and still do. I have found them caring and reliable plus they remember from visit to visit what I need and want help with. They always check before leaving that I do not require any extra assistance with a task. I have recommended them to other people needing care and would do so again.

My father has been very pleased with the services provided by Bluebird Care. He lives alone and appreciates the company and help with the weekly shopping. He loves the word 'companionship' which is one of the services Bluebird provides for him. It is also a comfort for me to know someone visits him regularly since I do not live close by.

As my brother and I lived a good distance from my mother's home, we needed a totally reliable service and one which treated my mother as an important individual. Bluebird Care provided this in every respect. As my mother's health deteriorated they were able to adapt to her circumstances. Their communication was excellent - contacting me regarding any issues and providing daily notes so we could monitor her care. We would definitely recommend Bluebird.

The care provided to me is excellent. My carers come morning and evening to do my medication and anything else I need help with. All carers are professional at all times, I am always contacted if my carer is running late - very rare. I'm kept informed of any changes to my care or carer, Covid precautions are adhered to at all times.

I had to work away for a weekend and felt uneasy leaving my mum. Bluebird were so kind and professional, going out of their way to accommodate us. Everything was perfect and I would recommend them to anyone needing care. I shall be putting a care plan with them very soon. Thank you so much.
