Bluebird are a great company, they help me to complete day to day tasks, while allowing me to keep my independence. They assist me with meal times are are very patient with me when I am struggling with my speech. I would recommend Bluebird to my family and friends, the staff are kind and always listen to me.

Mum has needed carers for just over a year now due to being diagnosed with Alzheimer's. She wasn't convinced she needed carers to start with, but with them being there for her everyday it gives me a chance of a life myself. Mum has got to know all of her carers, they are all very friendly and helpful and Mum looks forward to their visits. I also see the carers regularly so can chat with them if Mum's care plan needs changing, we also have a plan for in the future when and if it's necessary.

My uncle started to need care at home in January 2026. We have never dealt with this before so it was a little daunting. We chose bluebird and I have to say every person that visits my uncle have been exceptional. All his needs are met and they always go that little bit extra with him. Bluebird keep in touch with me if they have concerns, if I need to chat with them they will listen and address anything that needs to be changed. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. I have received services from Bluebird Care for a considerable length of time and still do. I have found them caring and reliable plus they remember from visit to visit what I need and want help with. They always check before leaving that I do not require any extra assistance with a task. I have recommended them to other people needing care and would do so again.

My father has been very pleased with the services provided by Bluebird Care. He lives alone and appreciates the company and help with the weekly shopping. He loves the word 'companionship' which is one of the services Bluebird provides for him. It is also a comfort for me to know someone visits him regularly since I do not live close by.

As my brother and I lived a good distance from my mother's home, we needed a totally reliable service and one which treated my mother as an important individual. Bluebird Care provided this in every respect. As my mother's health deteriorated they were able to adapt to her circumstances. Their communication was excellent - contacting me regarding any issues and providing daily notes so we could monitor her care. We would definitely recommend Bluebird.

The care provided to me is excellent. My carers come morning and evening to do my medication and anything else I need help with. All carers are professional at all times, I am always contacted if my carer is running late - very rare. I'm kept informed of any changes to my care or carer, Covid precautions are adhered to at all times.
