I could not have asked for a better experience since my partner has been home (December 2020). Every single member of staff have been amazing, delivered exceptional care and treated my partner with dignity and respect at all times. They have put everything into supporting my partner, myself and our children and nothing is ever too much. My mum is happy overall with the carers, but the price is the only concern as she thinks it's expensive.

The care supervisor was very professional and helpful; we talked through what was required, and she put it all in place for us. She brought the carer to meet my parents before the care started. The weekend care went well.

My mother was provided wonderful care from Bluebird Home Care, they were extremely professional and warm towards my mother after having had a major stroke, they made sure all her needs were met, from getting her set up for her day to then settling down on an evening. All staff were very approachable and kind towards my mother and she grew very fond of all her caregivers. My father has received fantastic service from all of the carers who have visited over the last 3-months. They have all been very friendly, courteous and professional and have made suggestions to improve care for Dad. All the carers supplied by the Bluebird agency were reliable and demonstrated a high degree of empathy with the client. I felt that they went above and beyond as the client was very demanding and awkward.

I have no complaints about the carers they have all be excellent. The reason I have put satisfactory for the office staff is that they are changing times of the carers coming and not checking if that was alright, a phone call would have been nice. It has been better this last 2 months September and October.
I am very lucky to have wonderful girls who come to me and my care is excellent they will do anything to help me in any way and they are jolly which is a good thing because some people only speak to the carers all day. I wish I had known about Bluebird when my husband was alive. I would recommend them to anyone.
