I am writing this new review as this company has gone greatly downhill. They lost so many staff recently, including both managers and care coordinators. This translated to overworked care workers, which caused more to leave. The quality of care went downhill very quickly. We were promised great things when a new manager came on board two years ago, and sadly this did not happen, in fact, it got worse. I fear the reputation this company once had has been permanently damaged. Such a shame.
