Blue bird Norwich have taken care of my mum for the last three years and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. The office staff are helpful even when changes are needed at short notice. The carers are frendly and respectful paying attention to her dignify when dealing with her personal care. We required live in care when her partner went on holiday again the care and service was excellent. My thanks to all the team you have been amazing.

Such amazing care. The team genuinely show concern and compassion for Mum, always going above and beyond what's expected. They are incredibly responsive and will happily adjust the care provided to reflect Mum's needs, even at very short notice. I highly recommend them.

Good service mostly but issuing of rotas in good time could be better. More attention to informing of late arrivals! Why doesn't carer inform client direct instead of going through office first.

We have found everyone at Bluebird Norwich to be very caring and helpful. It has been so reassuring knowing that they visit Grandad four times a day. Recently, Grandad has been feeling unwell and they really have gone the extra mile, and also communicating with us regularly. We can't fault the service! Thank you for being amazing!

We are extremely happy with Bluebird care Norwich. The carers are all very professional, patient and kind. Mum needs a lot of encouragement and reassurance, which they always provide. The office staff are very approachable and respond quickly to any queries. The carers and admin are all very open to any changes to the care plan and happy to set and help Mum to achieve new goals. We really cannot fault the service and support we've had and would happily recommend Bluebird Norwich.

Mum was extremely well looked after in her home. The care provided supported Mum's physical and mental well-being. The service provided was very proactive, flagging any potential issues both with Mums well-being and with her home. The carers and management frequently went well beyond their core offering/services. My mum has been receiving care from the lovely bluebird ladies since her fall last year. Although Mum made a full recovery, we have decided to stay with Bluebird as they've made such an amazing impact on her mental health. My husband has been a client of Bluebird Care over the last six years due to cancer and diabetes as I am unable to give him showers, dress him or help him with his visit to the toilet.
