Our experience has been very positive. We have found all our carers - both for domestic help and personal care - to be very friendly, cheerful and positive. Always ready to go the extra mile for us. We are always pleased to see 'our Bluebird' arriving! The office staff are always ready to help and reorganise rotas when they can to suit our needs.
My experience of Bluebird is excellent. The office staff are caring and efficient and my carers are wonderful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Bluebird to anyone looking for home care.
The carers at Bluebird Care are extremely good and so are the management team. All are very caring, understanding, dedicated and helpful. They have been very accommodating with the times of visits. They really do go the extra mile to help. They are well trained and sociable. Lovely people.
My father-in-law recently had a crisis and although family finally stepped in, Bluebird were fantastic. They came out to see him within 24 hours and managed to arrange care for him from the following Monday. I would thoroughly recommend Bluebird. They also care for a neighbour of mine, which is why we went to them, and all the carers are wonderful, friendly and caring. They do a great job.
My neighbour changed to Bluebird Care in January 2019, and I have to say they are excellent. They call on time, have wonderful carers and this has made my neighbour's life and mine so much happier. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care Rother & Hastings.

I have found Bluebird Care to be very caring. They have given mum the best quality of life she can have. Nothing is too much trouble and they have never let her down. They have always been there for mum and encourage her and make things fun for her.
