This was a hastily prepared short term care package for my Father. The whole process from discussion to delivery was quick and simple with attention paid to my Father's needs. Once agreed the delivery was expedited by professional and personable carers leaving me confident in the care that was given. I also know that I have a solution in place for the future
Very pleased with all aspects of Bluebird. Very caring efficient carers and always on time. Made such difference to my brothers well being and puts my wife and my mind ate rest knowing we can rely on them. Management team,aoffice admin all excellent. My carers are kind and helpful. They listen to me and try to help me as much as possible. They are fun to be with and are able to make suggestions about things I can do.

Bluebird Care in Swindon provides a professional, friendly and very caring service. The management are well organised and will always try to accommodate the times of the carer's visit to suit the person being cared for. You are given a weekly timetable showing the date, time and name of the carer, which is so useful, as you always know who is coming into your family’s home. The management and the carers treat the person they are caring for with the utmost kindness, patience and dignity.
