I have used Bluebird services for more than five years. I can rely on them, and find my carers are very willing to help me, in all situations. I have recommended them to my neighbours.

I have always found Bluebird a friendly and reliable service. Always happy to accommodate any changes to visit on odd occasions. The carers are very friendly and efficient; my husband enjoys their company. He looks forward to playing dominos and quizzes on his twice a week visits. I would certainly recommend Bluebird care to those who are in need of their service.

I have always found the staff well presented, friendly and accommodating. They are reliable and keep good timekeeping, and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I like that fact I get a rota giving me times and who is coming. I get the same people, so can build up relationships with them and they know about me. Can mostly get meals cooked from scratch, although some of the younger ones can't cook and I have to rely on ready meals that day. Office staff usually sort out any problems, although sometimes not warned if carers are running late or change of carer. All carers have a good standard of English and are willing to help.
