I try to be independent but I have come to need help to get in and out of the shower and to wash. All the carers are extremely helpful. I have found it has made a difference and I enjoy their visits. They also help with odd jobs that I cannot do myself. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We needed some support for our 90-year-old Mum and found Bluebird Waltham Forest to be very helpful and accommodating on everything we requested, nothing was too much trouble and daily visits were arranged within days. All the team and the carers were friendly and professional. I can highly recommend this care provider and would like to thank them for their help.

My husband was cared for, for over three years and for the last six months had two carers, four times a day. His care was always centred on what his preferences and needs were wherever possible. We have had a very pleasant experience with Bluebird Care Waltham Forest. After expressing an interest in March this year, they responded so positively by arranging a visit immediately and promptly arranging a care plan for my Dad's needs. They assigned designated carers and our current carers have been amazing. They are so friendly, caring and so attentive to Dad's needs. We feel so relieved that Dad is being looked after with such love and care.

From the start Bluebird Care Waltham Forest were efficient and very sensitive to my parent's needs and care was very straightforward to arrange.
