Our aunt has been having Bluebird Care carers 4 times a day for many months. She needs her meals prepared, medication to be given and help with personal care. All of the carers have been kind, helpful and respectful and have completed what is asked of them. Any changes to medication or alteration to her needs have been accommodated quickly and efficiently. I am still getting used to my new carer after my previous exceedingly friendly, helpful and efficient carer was promoted. The new carer attempts to follow the care plan, but is much slower and sometimes forgetful, never a health of safety issue though. We are becoming friends and I concentrate on covering a few essential desires of mine at a time. We are progressing well.
