We received excellent service. Carers were not always the same ones, but mainly from a small group. We'd always had one of them regularly, even if one was only there occasionally. The carers were punctual and always happy! They completed the routine tasks with care, gentleness and understanding. They were happy to do occasional tasks outside their remit such as delivering samples to the surgery or pulling rubbish out.

My Mums group of carers are all lovely, friendly, and make her laugh every day. My Mum is 90, has parkinsons and lewy body dementia. Some days are good some days are bad and she can get get very upset and confused. They always take the time to chat with her and try to lift her spirits . They turn up with a smile and always let me know if anything is wrong or if they've noticed a change in Mum. I would highly reccomend them.

service is good . If they are running late it's good to let know the client. Overall we are happy with the service . Some of the care workers are exceptionally good and we appreciate how they help my mum .

Bluebird Care provide live-in care for my mother and they have consistently provided thoughtful, caring and supportive care for her. This has allowed my mother to remain in her own home with reduced mobility and cognitive ability.

Bluebird Care have been looking after a friend of mine for sometime now, due to medical needs & hospital stays needed extra support. As I live a distance away from her they kept me informed daily contacting me with updates, medical needs & acting to resolve any domestic problems. Not hesitating to ring me when an ambulance was needed. I have experienced very kind, caring & being very supportive to my friend keeping her comfortable, well fed, listening or engaging in conversation as she lives on her own. Mum has had Bluebird Care for a few years now. She is very happy with their care. She has built up good relationships with her main carers. They chat with her and enable her to stay in her own home with much-reduced mobility. The office is easy to contact and quickly acts if there are any issues including contacting doctors to get medication to her. Even collecting it themselves sometimes.

We have used Bluebird Care for a good number of years and the team at Three Rivers & Watford has been nothing but brilliant. We have had increasing care put in as my mother-in-law has dementia and lives with us. Not only are they always helping to find solutions to our needs but they always check that the right type of carer is assigned to us. Quite punctual, arriving on time. Most of the carers take time to chat to Mum and carry out all their duties well. They let me know usually if they're worried about Mum i.e if she's not herself or ill. There were a couple of little concerns when they started but management sorted them out very quickly.
