Bluebird Care provide live-in care for my mother and they have consistently provided thoughtful, caring and supportive care for her. This has allowed my mother to remain in her own home with reduced mobility and cognitive ability.

Bluebird Care have been looking after a friend of mine for sometime now, due to medical needs & hospital stays needed extra support. As I live a distance away from her they kept me informed daily contacting me with updates, medical needs & acting to resolve any domestic problems. Not hesitating to ring me when an ambulance was needed. Mum has had Bluebird Care for a few years now. She is very happy with their care. She has built up good relationships with her main carers. They chat with her and enable her to stay in her own home with much-reduced mobility. The office is easy to contact and quickly acts if there are any issues including contacting doctors to get medication to her. Even collecting it themselves sometimes.

We have used Bluebird Care for a good number of years and the team at Three Rivers & Watford has been nothing but brilliant. We have had increasing care put in as my mother-in-law has dementia and lives with us. Not only are they always helping to find solutions to our needs but they always check that the right type of carer is assigned to us. Quite punctual, arriving on time. Most of the carers take time to chat to Mum and carry out all their duties well. They let me know usually if they're worried about Mum i.e if she's not herself or ill. There were a couple of little concerns when they started but management sorted them out very quickly.

Helpful, competent and reliable. But, often arrive late. Friendly.
We have used many care companies over the years and yes it's only been a week but the communications, the care and support have been just amazing. I was very nervous about my aunt being home again after a long stay in a care home but they made everything so much less stressful and kept me up to date on everything. Would highly recommend.
