Quite punctual, arriving on time. Most of the carers take time to chat to Mum and carry out all their duties well. They let me know usually if they're worried about Mum i.e if she's not herself or ill. There were a couple of little concerns when they started but management sorted them out very quickly.

We have used many care companies over the years and yes it's only been a week but the communications, the care and support have been just amazing. I was very nervous about my aunt being home again after a long stay in a care home but they made everything so much less stressful and kept me up to date on everything. Would highly recommend.

Bluebird care in Watford & Three Rivers provided carer services for my mother for two years in her home. I am very pleased with the service provided. I have met several of your carers and have been impressed with their care and understanding of my mum's needs.
