The carers are all very friendly and have plenty of time to talk. If help is wanted it is always willingly given. Contact with the office is easily accessible and the staff are very helpful and give their help willing and appropriately.

Having had a week's care recently while my daughter was away on holiday and because I live on my own, I found the carer who came each day of that week was very pleasant and nice to chat to. We did not do any work but she made me coffee and it made a pleasant change during the morning. I have no complaints and enjoyed the experience.

Staff are cheerful and caring. They warm me up! They allow me to do for myself what I can which I prefer, it allows me a medium of dignity, but I feel cared for. Always cheerful in spite of long hours.

Bluebird Care has always been fantastic in caring for my parents. However, during the pandemic, we honestly could not have managed without them. They turned an extremely frightening and difficult time around. They managed to support not only my parents but myself (who was shielding 100 miles away and extremely worried and totally helpless).
