We started to receive support from Bluebird Care Wiltshire South in December 2020. They have been able to provide at home care for my father who has vascular dementia and also emotional support to my mother who is his main carer. My parents have found all of the staff to be friendly, caring and they look forward to seeing them. I have also found the administrative staff to be efficient and very approachable. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We have been very impressed with the service we have received from Bluebird Care Wiltshire South over many months. We have been used to getting up early in the morning and so requested a 7am visit to bed, wash and dress my husband and hoist him to his chair. I was recommended to Bluebird Care and so pleased I contacted them. Their care for my mother is exceptional. The Carer’s are all very well trained and have vast experience of the kind of care required. They have assisted with the responsibility of daily care which has helped me enormously. Overall the care I have received is very good. Main carer's breaks have not always been successful in terms of the relief carer. Sometimes very good and sometimes very poor. More recently I have been happy with the arrangements.
