After becoming more frail, my elderly Mum engaged the services of Bluebird Care as she wanted to remain in her own home for as long as possible. All the carers have been wonderful with Mum and have looked after her very well. Used Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon from February 2022 until November 2023 for my widowed mother, living alone with Alzheimer's. Overall, the service was impeccable; everyone was fantastic from the first enquiry right up until the day we moved Mom into residential care. Nothing was ever too much, as expected, we encountered a couple of bumps along the way, and these were ironed out immediately and professionally. Would easily recommend it to anyone who needs in-house help or companionship. Keep up the good work.

Bluebird has provided care for my parents for the last couple of years. Their service and attention to detail are excellent and their ability to deal with difficult and stubborn oldies was remarkable. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

The Bluebird Care team are very caring, always cheerful, efficient and professional. Their support has been excellent, including times when we have requested extra help at short notice. My mother is absolutely delighted with the care she receives from the Bluebird team. She enjoys their visits and appreciates the help they give her in taking her medication and getting ready for bed. The carers are always professional and reliable; they are kind, caring people who arrive on time and stay for the allotted time. Mum would not have been able to stay in her home as long as she did, had Bluebird not taken care of her for the past four years. It gave the family great peace of mind knowing that she was in good hands and their visits gave Mum something to look forward to, in an otherwise long, lonely day. Bluebird was very supportive to the whole family in one way or another, for which we shall always be grateful. All the girls were very kind and helpful and, in some cases, went over and above what was expected of them.
