Bluebird 24 hour live-in care has been life-changing for my elderly parents. It has enabled them to continue to live together in the familiarity of their own home. I find Bluebird really first class in delivering exactly the service we needed for my 97-year-old Dad. All the ladies are polite and attentive and on the occasions when he has had a little crisis they’ve gone above and beyond in terms of staying longer and doing far more than is in the care plan to make sure he’s ok until we can get there. My Dad is very happy with the service and had built up a good relationship with all the regular carers. I honestly don’t know what we’d do without Bluebird. Thank you.

I would recommend Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon to anyone needing care. They are reliable, caring and trustworthy, when I have needed extra cover due to family emergencies they have always been able to step in and help even at short notice. My mother has dementia and the staff always alerts me to any problems she may have that they have noticed. Thank you Bluebird Care Worcester & Wychavon.

Bluebird provided care in the home for my quite seriously disabled husband from October 2021 to February 2022, when he was admitted to hospital. We found the initial set-up meetings very thorough and professional, all aspects of the care to be provided and costs clearly explained. My wife started using Bluebird Home Care when she came home from Hospital in November 2021 and she died a few days before Christmas. During that period we had Bluebird Care morning and evening. We did not always have the same carers but that did not seem to matter although my wife did have her favourites - they were all very good and some were quite outstanding. I found the Bluebird staff to be friendly, thorough, efficient and very reliable. A carer always attended even when one of the carers had a car accident, another attended in her stead. They checked her medication to ensure she always had the correct dose and that it was given as prescribed. Mum was content with her care which in turn meant I was at ease at leaving her at home as I had confidence in the service they provided. I would definitely recommend Bluebird.

I arranged (full-time) care through Bluebird for an elderly relative for a period of 30-months (January 2019 - June 2021). The care provided and the service of the management was excellent throughout this period. I would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird.

All the girls are punctual. System reliable, variation due to human element but of a high standard. All professional towards the client with good communication and hygiene 100% all very knowledgable of their craft, all very smartly turned out.
